Founder & Chief Consultant

Lindsay M. Schmit, CLF®

Lindsay is a Wisconsin native and graduate of University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a degree in Business & Economics. She is both a consultant and coach working with professionals, business owners and organizations.  Prior to starting Right Hand Consultants, LLC, she held various roles of increasing responsibility at a highly respected Fortune 500 Company and has over a decade of progressive experience developing leaders at all levels. 

Lindsay’s mission is to empower leaders to grow personally and professionally to achieve business success.  She is an expert connector and loves to collaborate and partner with other professionals to create the most value to her clients.  A dedicated wife and mother to two young boys, Lindsay resides in Shorewood, Wis., with her family. They enjoy biking, skiing, youth sports, community activities and travel. You’ll also find them cheering on the Brewers all season long!

Lindsay is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and received the Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF) designation from the American College of Financial Services in 2018.
